Amy Jermain is an experienced chef, caterer, manager and restaurant consultant. She has worked in a number of the top restaurants in Portland including Andina (executive chef), Paley’s Place, Higgins and Tabla. She has taught cooking classes for a number of years, specializing in local and sustainable foods and local wine maker dinners.
