                                              Jose Luis de Cossio

                                              Jose Luis de Cossio is a Peruvian chef who has worked in the United States since 2005. He is a passionate chef that loves to share his knowledge of food and the ways to prepare distinctive dishes. His culinary background is a reflection of the cultures that have influenced Peruvian Cuisine in the last 500 years. European, Asian, African and Indigenous people have produced in Peru a bounty of dishes and culinary techniques that continue to evolve today. 

                                              Jose Luis was the Executive Chef at Andina Restaurant where his food won many accolades.
